Entrepreneurs of Hong Kong: Tony Verb & Natalie Chan

On August 18th, we will present two global initiatives from Hong Kong in the areas of innovation and education. On their way to the Nordics, the two founders are stopping by for a couple of days in Budapest to meet like-minded people, startups and similar initiatives in their respective industries.

First on the agenda is Metta, a platform that connects innovators, ideas and resources with the ultimate goal to facilitate action in different startup ecosystems around the world. The concept will be presented by serial entrepreneur Tony Verb who was born and raised in Budapest.

Then we will invite Natalie Chan, founder and CEO of OWN Academy. Born in Hong Kong and educated in the US, she will share her story and talk about the future of education. Her business aims to provide personalized, democratized and decentralized education to the world regardless of age and social economical backgrounds.
