Startup Safary turns Budapest into a startup exhibition for 2 days

It’s days of open doors for the startup ecosystem in Budapest. Startups, investors, accelerators, incubators and co-works to open their doors to attendees. It’s a great opportunity to meet people behind the startups, and to see the company cultures they have.

Have you heard about Prezi or LogMeIn? How about the acquisition of Ustream by IBM, or the acquisition of Distinction by Skyscanner? There is one thing surely in common: they all have happened in Budapest.

Should you have been thinking about visiting the city of Rubik's Cube not only for eating goulash but also to meet the whole scale of the local tech/startup scene, we have a great news to you: on 21-22 April (Thursday-Friday), the whole Budapest startup ecosystem opens up for you as Startup Safary Budapest arrives to the city.

During Startup Safary you will be able to visit over 70 locations based on your interest, entering the offices of the collaborators of the startup scene in Budapest, participating breakfasts, office tours, workshops, mentoring sessions, hackathons, tech meetups, science shops and so on, closing with a crazy startup party organized by International Geek-Together.

The different events will be held at partners' locations all across Budapest, you may find all of them on the website of Startup Safary Budapest, as well as the list of startups and ecosystem collaborators from the city with their program offerings. Startup Safary will also feature an 'Investor dinner', where the local VCs and business angels gather to meet investors coming from other countries.

Startup Safary welcomes participants from different background: students, tech guys, entrepreneurs, open minded folks from the corporate and government sectors, investors and founders. If you wish to join, you can purchase your tickets through the website of Startup Safary Budapest.
