The European Pirate Summit was started in 2011, aiming to be the most exciting Startup Event in Europe. Like-minded Pirates, amazing speakers, and the gritty atmosphere of a mind blowing venue made it a startup conference like none other before. Since 2011, they are bringing together a selected group of startup founders, VCs and business angels at a scrapyard (yes, literally) in Cologne.
This year organisers will visit 14 European startup hubs in just 21 days, as part of the Pirates on Shore Tour 2014 starting on June 4 with Athens.
