Budapest, HungaryCook Your Start-up is a full-day training on “Collaborative Lean”: an approach which merges business’ best practices with today's trends rooted on open collaboration, to a create smarter and more sustainable businesses. The aim is to combine theory (by giving a complete overview of lean and open collaboration) with practice (by helping the entrepreneurs creating a clear strategy to get their project to the next level).
The end result is a dynamic crowdsourcing session to structure business ideas and validate key assumptions through open feedback; there will be a catering, entrepreneurs with original ideas and mentors willing to help the initiatives getting to the next level. You will leave this workshop with a good understanding of the Collaborative Lean philosophy, a complete business plan and your schedule of short-term actions to validate your ideas.
The event is open to anyone interested in business creation: from students eager to understand the Lean Start Up approach to young entrepreneurs in the initial phase of their start-ups, as well as experienced entrepreneurs willing to question their own business model. Regardless of the stage where you are with your project, there are always assumptions to be tested.
