Fast learning, slow decisions: LSC Budapest hosts Salim Virani

Budapest, Hungary

We are happy to announce that Lean Startup Circle: Budapest will host Salim Virani on October 2nd at the KAPTÁR.

Sal was one of the mentors at iCatapult's Global Startup Training Program held at CEU Business School. His insights were truly helpful for our teams. We thought it would be awesome if we could introduce him to a wider audience. We invited him to talk about: "Fast learning, slow decisions".

With Lean Startup, we've learned how to learn from customers and experiment faster, but we still don't adapt that much faster, often because we're still slow at decisions.

Salim Virani will explain a few techniques to help make pricing, product and strategic decisions faster – coming from roots in advanced business modelling, investment portfolio management, and industrial design. Sal would like us to share our stories of slow decisions, why they were slow and what we can do about them.

Salim founded Leancamp for people to share practical techniques on getting market traction. Now he helps accelerators and entrepreneurship programmes make better founders at Founder Centric.
