The organisers received exactly 100 applications from across Europe. The jury made up of investors and IT experts selected the 10 finalists who were given 3 minutes on stage to convince the members of the jury. The finalist represented a strong and truly regional field that featured startups from Austria (2), Hungary (5), Slovakia (1), Slovenia (1), and Ukraine (1).

The SM 2015 Conference (formerly SmartMobile Conference) is the leading conference on mobile trends and technologies in Hungary organised for the sixth time, rebranding and expanding its focus this year. The organisers have set the bar even higher this year, aiming to organise the first two-day event in the history of the conference.

Hungarian accelerator OXO Labs and Loffice Coworking teamed up with the conference to launch their inaugural regional startup competition CEE Lift Off! in partnership, hoping that the event will help Hungary integrate into the internationally growing tech scene.
