The SM 2015 Conference (formerly SmartMobile Conference) is the leading conference on mobile trends and technologies in Hungary, rebranding and expanding its focus this year. Hungarian accelerator OXO Labs and Loffice Coworking teamed up with the conference to launch their inaugural regional startup competition CEE Lift Off! The contest aims to gather the most promising startups from all over the CEE countries on 8 April in Budapest.
The jury made up of investors and IT experts, will select the 10 finalists on 3 April, who will be given 3 minutes on stage to convince the members of the jury. The winner will be awarded with a €15,000 funding, office space at Loffice, and will participate in OXO Labs’ six month acceleration program. Application for the competition is open until 26 March, 2015.
The largest annual conference covering trends in smart technologies and devices, now under the name SM will be organised for the sixth time. Since its start in 2009, it has grown to be the leading platform of exchange of professional insights. The organisers have set the bar even higher this year, aiming to organise the first two-day event in the history of the conference, hoping that the event will help Hungary integrate into the internationally growing tech scene.
