Startupbootcamp is the global startup accelerator with 7 programs in Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, Dublin, Eindhoven and Israel, and a mentor and alumni network in more than 30 countries. Each accelerator program selects 10 startups from more than 500 global applicants to receive €15,000 for living expenses, free co-working space and over €450,000 worth of partner deals.

Applications for the Startupbootcamp Amsterdam program is open until January 24, 2014. The program focuses on intensive mentoring from industry leaders across Europe and beyond, propelling tech startups into higher levels of growth and funding. Teams can apply for one of the most desired spots within the Europe’s most successful accelerator programme. The acceleration of ten new participants will start on March 31.

Founders, Patrick de Zeeuw and Ruud Hendriks, have raised the bar yet again, for both the participants and themselves. After two successful programs of the Startupbootcamp Amsterdam the total “funding score” is set at 90%. With this result Startupbootcamp Amsterdam beats the competition running similar programmes in, for example, the United States. Patrick and Ruud are looking forward to start again with ten new startups.

As of 2014 Startupbootcamp will accelerate approximately 100 startups per year. With vertical programmes like the NFC & Contactless Interactions programme in Amsterdam, the High Tech programme in Eindhoven and the Mobility programme in Copenhagen, Startupbootcamp are on top of all the developments in these industries. In the meantime they are looking into possibilities of organizing other specialized programmes such as “Internet of Things”, “Smart City” and “E-commerce”.

After the first 3 months of a Startupbootcamp accelerator program, teams pitch their company to hundreds of Business Angels and Venture Capitalists at Demo Day. Teams then meet with investors from around the world on an annual tour to London and Silicon Valley, and are supported through all stages of growth though the Alumni Growth Program. 85% of the Startupbootcamp alumni teams are still active and 70% have gone on to raise additional funding from many of the worlds leading VCs and angels.
