Karma Platform launches crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo

Karma Platform, a Hungarian startup that enables customers to instantly transform spreadsheets into business applications, launched a campaign on Indiegogo. The platform aims to focus on bringing mobile solutions, web service integration to the SMB market.

Karma Platform, a revolutionary business administration tool enabling customers to instantly transform existing spreadsheets into robust business applications, launched a campaign on the web-based crowdfunding service Indiegogo.com on October 9. The campaign is aimed at accelerating Karma’s software development road map and includes the expansion of the product across mobile platforms as well as the integration into popular web services such as Google Apps.

Anton Kovach, founder and CEO of Karma Platform, said the campaign reflects the company’s ambition to expand the scope and reach of the service to new markets. His team is in London presenting as part of the prestigious Bloomberg Tradebook Grow Investor Forum, having joined as part of the June 2013 intake.

“This campaign provides an opportunity to bring a great product to a wider audience. For our customers, Karma Platform really is the best of both worlds. They get the benefits of robust business administration tools – such as change tracking, data validation and audit control – all while working within a flexible and fit-for-purpose application format they already know well” – Kovach said.

October will provide significant visibility for the Budapest-based startup. After appearing at the Bloomberg event, Karma Platform will be attending the Hungary Internet Expo (15-16 Oct) and also feature as an Alpha Exhibitor at the Dublin Web Summit (29-30 Oct).
