EEF launches Jeremie Venture Accelerator Course

The European Entrepreneurship Foundation (EEF) launches its Jeremie Venture Accelerator Course for Autumn 2012, a one-trimester program for founder and venture teams focusing on transforming Startups into real ventures.

The course takes a whole new approach to transforming Startups into real ventures. Classes are workshop style on Monday evenings, followed by intense networking sessions. Your team will be coached and mentored around the clock, by seasoned Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, like Imre Hild, David Trayford and Zoli Piroska.

The speakers in class are role models. At each session participants will be joined by a high calibre serial entrepreneur, such as Adam Somlai or Martin Szoke, by successful entrepreneurial or venture capital investors like Alex von Frankenberg or Lukasz Gadowski, who will share their wealth of experience, successes and failures. (See full list of speakers.)

The course does not bore you with text book answers to “how to” questions. Instead, it gives participants ample opportunities to listen and talk to entrepreneurs and professional investors; also to meet the 150+ alumni who attended EEF’s previous courses (Antavo, Hand-in-Scan, Remagine and many more) and to plug into the EEF’s growing international network.

The course ends with the Jeremie Venture Contest, where teams present themselves to a panel of Jeremie Fund managers. Last time, these judges were Csaba Lantos (Private Equity), Ivan Halasz (Finext), Kristof Barany (DBH) Levente Zsembery (Biggeorge) and Zoltan Bruckner (Primus).

EEF is looking for highly motivated teams with good English language skills. For more info about our previous program and speakers, please visit their website under: www.europreneurs.org.
