Startup Sauna held its annual event for the second year in Budapest on September 16, 2013. Meet all the startups that have been selected by the judges to pitch at the event, as well as the winner who gets invited to join the Startup Sauna accelerator.
Startup Sauna returned to Budapest on Monday to scout for local startups. The event started at noon with the pitches of the participating 16 startups. Based on their presentations, the best 10 startups were selected to attend the 1-on-1 coaching sessions. During the afternoon session the teams got the chance to received feedback and advice from international coaches, such as Juha Ruohonen, the former Head Coach of Startup Sauna, Aape Pohjavirta, Member of the Board of the Finnish Mobile Association, and Ilkka Kivimäki, Startup Sauna’s head coach.Read more »

For the first time ever Startup Sauna is organizing a Warmup event in Hungary. Coaches from Rovio Entertainment, Planetify, Mobile Backstage are coming to Budapest to guide the participants on October 1, 2012.
Partnering with InVendor, Startup Sauna will meet the most promising startups from Hungary on October 1, 2012. The day consists of presentation in the morning where each team will present in front of the jury. In the afternoon, teams will have private feedback sessions with the coaches. By the end of the day, the jury will select one team to be invited to the 6 week long program in Helsinki. The Startup Sauna Warmup will be held at the Embassy of Finland in Budapest.
